1. Clicking on the Software link at the top of the page to download the archive containing the internal software.
2. Unzipping the archive using software such as WinRAR.
3. Updating the software by following the procedure in the Word file in the archive.

Your microSD card may not be compatible with our video cameras.
Our video cameras are compatible with microSD cards up to Class 10 32GB.
The higher the image quality is configured, the faster the write speed of the microSD card must be (at least 45 MB/second)
